Synching Veribook and Microsoft Outlook

It's common to want to sync your Veribook calendar with Microsoft Outlook.

This can be achieved in two steps.

The first step is to subscribe to your Veribook calendar in Microsoft Outlook.   This step makes your Veribook events viewable in Microsoft Outlook.
  1. Sign into your Veribook account
  2. Click on the "Calendar" button
  3. Click on the "Bookings" tab
  4. Click on the "Synchronization" button
  5. Click on "Setup Microsoft Outlook Sync"
  6. Copy the first URL under the heading "Syncing your Veribook events into Microsoft Outlook"
  7. In Microsoft Outlook, right click on your list of calendars
  8. Choose the "Add" option
  9. Choose the "From Internet" option
  10. Copy in the URL that you copied above.
  11. Click "OK"
  12. You'll need to provide your username and password.   Please use your username, not your email address.
The second step is to publish your Microsoft Outlook calendar to Veribook.  
  1. Sign into your Veribook account
  2. Click on the "Calendar" button
  3. Click on the "Bookings" tab
  4. Click on the "Synchronization" button
  5. Click on "Setup Microsoft Outlook Sync"
  6. Copy the second URL under the heading "Syncing your Microsoft Outlook events into Veribook"
  7. In Microsoft Outlook, right click on the calendar that you want to publish
  8. Choose the "Share" option
  9. Choose the "Publish to WebDAV Server" option
  10. Copy in the URL that you copied above.
  11. Click "OK"
  12. You'll need to provide your username and password.   Please use your username, not your email address.
This should be everything you need to do!   Once you follow these instructions, your Veribook and Microsoft Outlook calendars will be synced peridically.
